- Access Control
As well as a welcoming face in Events, our security officers ensure that other professionals can enter the venue
These people could be Catering staff, lighting/sound engineers , prop hire costume handlers etc..
Each contractor will be checked at the point of entry by our officers to make sure they are allowed access into the venue.
Onyx Security Officers will also aim prevent trespassers from entering your event.
Sometimes everyone gets so involved in running the event in the centre stage that they forget what is happening Backstage.
Thieves have been known to take Advantage of these situations in the past , and may try to steal event equipment or even attendees vehicles.
Our Security Officers will Aim To Prevent This by Regular Patrols Backstage as well as officers on all entry and exit points.

- Incidents
Our Security officers are highly trained to detect trouble and as music festivals and concerts are classed as highly energised events From Time to Time unruly behaviour may occur .
All our Officers are trained in conflict management, and are prone to Spotting trouble before it escalates.
Our Officers will take a Zero tolerance policy on unruly behaviour , and will aim to remove unruly persons from your premises.
- Duty of Care- Onyx has a duty of care to make sure that you events runs smoothly from start to finish
Our Officers will look after your event from start to finish.
This includes checking of fire exits left opened after the event as well as checking for taps left on.
Just some of the duties of our officers include checking for blocked toilets and swift reporting of these types of incidents, and litter control.
Our officers will also check all your doors including emergency exits before and after the event.
We will also check first aid boxes before and after the event and any incidents will be swiftly brought to you attention.
